The two rolled on the ground trying to gain an advantage - Jess immediately went into an arm lock, and then immediately regretted it as Beth's 16 inch bicep simply powered out of it, just on pure muscle. Beth made a mad grab at Jess's neck but Jess rolled away toward the bar bell she'd been lifting just a few minutes ago and all Beth did was pull out a bit of her hair - which got Beth enough time to deliver one hell of a slap - Jess's body pushed against the bench and she tasted blood.. and in a rage grabbed the 25 pound weight off the bell and swung it around in an arc, catching Beth neatly on the side of her jaw - she slumped over, mouth bleeding, two teeth falling into the black mats that covered the floor.

Jess desperately tried to regain her breath and bearings, pulling the tattered remains of her gym togs back on her frame. She began to compose a taunt, but after a few mumbles realized that her mouth felt like hell and also Beth was totally out of it, so she concentrated on clearing her ringing head from the force of that slap and catching her breath - already the adrenaline of the workout and fight had left her, and she could feel the crash of fatigue coming upon her. As she took deep breaths to clear her mind...
