Amanda decided she wanted to share her new found power with her friends, but she had to pick which one she wanted to grow first. Who deserved a makeover more?

Kelly was half Japanese and half white and had garnered the best of both worlds in terms of her face and overall skin color and complexion. She had the sort of face that you might find on a model, her hair was dark and gorgeous and cut short to frame her cheekbones beautifully. Her eyes were dark green and almond shaped and her lips were full and luscious. But no one ever noticed that because of her size. To call Kelly petite was something of an understatement. She was, as a senior, probably the shortest person at school. She stood at 4’ 10” and would have been okay with that if she had some curves to show off or play with, but instead she had the build of a 9 year old boy. Many kids at school would tease her over her size asking her if her parents passed her off as a child to save money at the movies (she never told anyone that they did, in fact, do this) or they would ask if she was one of those super smart kids that had been skipped right passed junior high. Her 18th birthday having just come and gone Kelly has resigned herself to the idea that no grand growth spurt was on the horizon and she would just have to live with being a tiny person for the rest of her life.

Danielle, on the other hand, was of average height standing at about 5’ 6”. But what Kelly lacked in meat on her bones Danielle more than made up for. She wasn’t grossly overweight, but definitely husky. She was of Irish descent and carried the fair skin, green eyes and auburn hair that came with it, and would have been lovely. However, she had such poor body image that she didn’t take very good care of herself. Her hair was greasy and tangled while her skin was oily and pimpled. She wore thick glasses and really looked the part of the nerd. As fate would have it, she WAS a nerd as well. Her discussions of her Magic: The Gathering Collection or the latest episode of Doctor Who didn’t do anything to endear her to the average student, though Kelly and Amanda loved her since they themselves were closet nerds as well.

The girls’ classes were in opposite directions from where Amanda stood and she was sure she could catch up with one of them before first period began, but which would it be?
