Amanda was sitting at home doing homework in front of the television. Curling up on the couch was much more difficult with her new girth, but it was one she enjoyed dealing with. Her parents hadn't said a word about her miraculous transformation from a teenaged waif into a solid 240 pound powerhouse. They just kind of ignored the fact that she had exploded in a single day. Her brother didn't mention it either. He really steered clear of Amanda, she assumed it was because he had been so mean to her recently and now she had the power to really punish him. Just about anytime he entered a room that Amanda was in he would about face and run. Amanda enjoyed having free reign over the entire house.

One thing Amanda didn't enjoy, however, was going to school. As strong as she was she was still only the second strongest student in school, which ordinarily wouldn't have been a problem except that the strongest student in school was a monster. And a monster that she had created. Ever since that fateful day she had hidden the ray gun responsible in her room and refused to touch it. She now realized its terrible power. She knew she should try to shrink Sarah back down to size, but after the last attempt she couldn't risk making her even more powerful. Instead she just spent her time avoiding Sarah in much the same way her own brother was avoiding her.

Amanda was just about to get up and get herself a soda when she heard the doorbell ring. Her stomach turned when she opened the door to find Jennifer standing there. Everyone knew that Jennifer was Sarah's most loyal follower.

"What do you want?" Amanda asked.

Jennifer stood quiet for a moment and then burst out in tears. "Please!" she begged, "I need your help."

Amanda didn't know what to do, so she invited Jennifer in to see if she could calm her down.

"What are you doing here?" Amanda asked when Jennifer seemed able to talk.

"It's Sarah. I just don't know what to do. I'm terrified of her, and I don't know how long it'll be before she lumps me in with everyone else. She's becoming more powerful by the day. And I know that you know something about it."

"Why would I know anything?"

"Look at you. If it weren't for Sarah you would be the biggest high schooler on the planet. And you showed up like this on the same day she grew. You must know something."

Amanda sat for a moment thinking of what she should do. "You said she's getting more powerful?"

"Whatever happened to her didn't just give her huge muscles, but it gave her the ability to grow bigger ones quickly. She's been working out everyday and getting bigger and stronger all the time. I was with her on the first day she grew when she tested her strength. She was able to bench press almost 400 pounds. Now, after working out for two weeks she can bench press over 700! Her arms were 27 inches around on the first day and now they're 32 inches. She's not slowing down either, she just keeps on growing. I don't think she'll ever stop!"

Amanda sat in silence taking all of this information in. She was overcome with guilt. How could she have done this? What could she do?

"Look," Jennifer said, "you don't need to tell me anything. But if I could figure out that you knew something how long do you think it'll take Sarah? And when she comes around here she'll find out what you know or tear you apart in the process."

Amanda took a deep breath. "You're right, this is all my fault." Amanda told Jennifer about the gun and how she grew. She even told Jennifer about the horrible mistake that turned Sarah into the beast she now was.

Jennifer lit up, "Well where is this gun? Why aren't we using it. We can take her down today!"

Amanda thought about it for a second and then decided that this was her fault and therefore her responsibility to clean up. "Ok," she said, "wait here." Amanda ran upstairs and returned a minute later holding the amazing gun that had granted her the amazing body she now possessed.

"Here it is," Amanda said, "but the last time I tried to shrink Sarah she grew instead. So what do we do?"

"I think it's obvious," Jennifer said, "we need to grow so big that there's no way Sarah could oppose us. Here, give me the gun and I'll make you bigger."

Amanda was hesitant to trust Jennifer, but didn't see any other choice. She gave Jennifer the gun and said, "Ok, let's do this."
