As Sarah's army begins to gather the cities citizens and lock them in prison, Sarah moves about the city giving her minions orders and occasionally stepping on cars and people. Her movements dictating the direction the fleeing crowds of terrified citizens move. In this way she makes the jobs of her servants easier. By herding the crowds of screaming people towards the prisons they are captured by Sarah's muscular followers much faster than if they had to run around and catch them one by one.

Sarah does this for a while until the crowds soon realize that they can't escape the city on foot or by car and that the giant muscular fiends that roam the city can catch them very easily out in the open. So the remaining free citizens realize that the only place remotely safe is inside. This slows down Sarah's conquest of the city considerably with her minions having to break down every door and search every building in the city as well as facing armed resistance from the remaining police and civilians.

Some of the now super sized ex cons go to some of the local criminal organizations around the city and bring a little over 100 criminals to Sarah to make bigger. These criminals upon seeing their now much larger and stronger friends and.... work related acquaintances, decide they want a piece of what this new big boss in town is offering. Sarah then makes each of these new recruits a foot or so bigger and sends them into the city to work at helping her other followers capture the remaining citizens.

As her followers go out into the city to do their Mistress's bidding Sarah begins to feel hungry. Realizing that she hasn't eaten all day she goes to a grocery store tears off the roof and eats some of the food inside. This barely satisfies her and then she sees a person hiding in the corner she picks up the screaming person wondering how appetizing he would be and eats him. She finds his taste disgusting having the distinct coppery taste of human blood. Sarah then wonders if she can use the gun to make the food bigger. She tried the gun on a few candy bars (since she need something sweet to get the taste of blood out of her mouth) without any effect. She then tries it on some bananas which grow bigger, encouraged by this she grows some more produce and a precooked chicken. Sarah realizes that she can only make organic life forms bigger like plants, and animals. After this realization Sarah makes the food closer to the size she was used to them being before she became a giantess and ate a satisfying meal.

Shortly after she had eaten the blond woman she had made 10 feet tall at the women's prison came up to her and said, "Mistress (not knowing Sarah's actual name and this being the first thing she thought of addressing Sarah as) we need your help. Some police have holed up in an office building and shoot at anyone who gets close we've already lost ten people trying to get in and can't take them down without severe casualties." Sarah was a little irritated by this, but realized that while herself and maybe Jen, Susan and Carl could withstand bullets her smaller minions were still somewhat vulnerable. Sarah goes to where the police have holed up and begins smashing the building with her foot this brings down the structure and kills everyone inside. Sarah helps in destroying a few similarly defended structures while her army rounds up all of the remaining citizens they can find.

With the cities defenders dead or captured and its citizens locked up Sarah feels that she is one step closer to creating her new world order. Sarah orders a quarter of her army to guard the captured citizens at the prisons and school, another quarter to patrol the streets to find any remaining citizens and gather any food, supplies or weapons. while the other half of her army rests and rotates with the other half of her army on duty every twelve hours.

While Sarah's army went about their duties Sarah went to the 20 by 80 foot public pool to relax and work on thinking about the next step of her plan.
