With the defeat of the small American army that had been foolish enough to defy her. Sarah decided to reward her faithful followers. She used the gun to make all of the criminals around 10 feet tall each. The blond woman Sarah had initially made 10 feet tall at the women's prison she now made 20 feet tall. Since she appeared to be loyal to Sarah, and after she had beaten the large African American woman at the prison to death she had become a kind of leader to the other female convicts. Sarah decided to maintain the blond woman's stature among the other prisoners since she would rather have someone loyal to her in that position than someone she was less sure of. She also made the Jocks and Cheerleaders from her school about 15 to 20 feet tall since they had been with her from nearly the beginning. Jen, Susan, and Carl she made 60 feet tall each and although Jen was upset about ripping out of her new bra and panties she loved her increased height and muscularity.

Sarah had her army gather the cities people in its central park so she could address them all directly. Once the cities formerly 50000 but now 40000 people were gathered in central park Sarah spoke. "You have all in your own defied me and for this I should crush you all like the insects you are. You probably thought your nations army would liberate you, but as I'm sure you have all seen that won't happen. I am feeling merciful today so I will offer you two choices. Join me and accept the new order or go back to your cells until I feel like giving you a second chance in maybe a couple years." About 9000 people out of fear or acceptance of Sarah's power separated from the main body of people and bowed down at Sarah's feet. Sarah then raises her foot and brought it down on the crowd of around 30000 people killing over 100 of them. Some of the 30000 or so people tried to run, but those who did were killed by Sarah's other followers.

Once the crowd of defiant citizens was under control Sarah ordered them returned to their cells. Sarah then begins the long and repetitive task of making the 9000 people who have joined her a foot taller with bodybuilder sized muscles as a reward for joining her, but more to create an army of bigger stronger humans who will march out and conquer in her name.

Once Sarah had made the last of her new recruits bigger she sent them out to do some newly appointed duties. Now Sarah finally got the chance to be alone and inspect her new 120 foot height in peace because in the heat of battle she hadn't gotten the chance to. Everything now seemed so much smaller to her. Sarah's biceps were now the size of two story houses, each of her eight pack abs was the size of a car, each of her breasts were as big as a three story office building. The very thought of her proportions was making her horny, but this is nothing she thought. "When I'm done making myself bigger this size will seem small and insignificant when I become Empress of the world."
