After Sarah was defeated most of her minions surrendered immediately. However a few didn't go quietly. Amanda had to stop the fight between Susan, Carl, Jen and Robert. Jen was able to hold her own against Susan but Robert was beat up pretty bad by Carl who was twice his size. After the battle some of the criminals Sarah recruited had escaped.

Long after the battle was over Sarah's forces were rounded up and sent to secure heavily fortified military facilities. Eventually Susan and Carl escaped from one of these places and had to be captured by Amanda again. The government realizing Susan and Carl were too dangerous to be left alive used a large amount of poison to execute the two 60 foot muscular teens.

As for the criminals who escaped they became very heavy hitters in the criminal underworld. The most prominent of these was the blond woman that Sarah had made 20 feet tall. She became a major crime boss in the southern United States. Surprisingly it took almost ten years for the government to track her down. She had her goons move her around the country in the back of a transport truck and hide out in ware houses. She was known for killing the police and her competitors by bringing down buildings on top of them and crushing them with a car. Although she didn't grow any taller she became much stronger and more muscular. She worked out by bench pressing trains, and curling with weights that weighed at least several tons. The government eventually found her on a private beach owned by a crime boss whose territory she had recently conquered in Florida. It cost the government several soldiers but after a tough fight she eventually went down.

As for the other people Sarah made bigger most of the 9000 or so citizens that joined Sarah and even a few 15 to 20 foot Jocks and Cheerleaders were released and allowed to reintegrate into society. Many of these large muscular individuals took up careers as athletes and bodybuilders and the sports were never the same again with such huge competitors. Jen and Robert got back together and eventually got married. The two had a daughter weighing in at 110 pounds at birth setting the record for the largest human child ever born and she was growing bigger every day. Amanda thought this girl might become almost as big as Jen when she was fully grown.

Amanda however became something of a hero and national celebrity by being the hero who stopped Sarah as well as the largest woman in the world. She spent her life working for the government with rounding up the super criminals Sarah created and helped rebuild the city as it was in part her fault for letting the gun fall into Sarah's hands in the first place. As for the gun Amanda never figured out who made it or where it came from, but she always wondered about it and hoped that was the end of it because she didn't think the world would survive another Sarah.
