Roxie didn't like to admit to being so superficial, and so you'd never actually hear her say it. However, if she were forced to answer truthfully about what she considered the defining quality of her self image it was that she was hot. And not just any sort of hot, wildly hot. It was important to her that she was the kind of hot that left other girls forgotten - and she'd been that since the age of 14. Or rather, she had been that at the age of 14, when her body developed into the look she had now. She contained her excitement and her feelings of superiority back then because she didn't want to seem a bitch, but the fact that not one of her classmates had a body even close to hers was a vitally important part of her identity. She spent hours each night planning her wardrobe for the next day so that she could best show off her killer body while leaving people thinking she wasn't trying to show off her body.

But, between 14 and 17 she hadn't really developed all that much more - truth be told, several girls were definitely rivaling her in the hotness department these days, but because she always hung around with Amanda she could always count on herself being considered even hotter thanks to the object of comparison being pretty much average. But now, Amanda was seriously HOT. Objectively, Roxie knew she was still hotter, but it had went from the kind of blatant difference, like between a nerd and a cheerleader, to the sometimes overlooked difference, like between head cheerleader and cheer squad.

Roxie kept making excuses to have Amanda leave the room - to get something to clean up the spill, to look for a certain favorite decoration in the basement, anything to get a chance to look at the gun by herself and see just how it worked. On the first look she was confused by where Amanda had gotten the pert breasts and shapely curves (beyond just the muscle) - since the settings seemed to be limited to height and muscle. It was while Amanda was in the basement that Roxie found the two dials flipped open to reveal a pair of supplemental dials. Behind muscle the dial moved between strength and muscle, and presently sat at the center point. Behind height the dial moved between physical development and height, and was also set right in the center.

On Amanda's next trip out of the room, Roxie made her decision about the settings and got it set up. Both dials were now turned distinctly toward one side - behind height the dial was 90% of the way toward physical development, behind muscle it was 70% of the way toward strength.

One final trip out of the room for Amanda, to go pick out some music for the party from Roxie's music collection while Roxie made some final changes to the arrangement of the room. This was Roxie's opportunity to use the gun, and if she was right, she would definitely reestablish her identity as by far the hottest girl at school.

She pointed the gun at herself and pulled the trigger, planning to give herself a longer dose than Amanda had received - but how did these additional dials function? Would she grow slower than Amanda, some of the rate of growth being diverted towards her enhancing curves and hidden strength, or would she grow just as fast as Amanda, but her sexuality and strength increasing dramatically faster?
