Seeing them off were Holly, Blackavar, Dandelion and Hannah; Kehaar would've been there but it was too early in the morning for a seagull who was inland.
"Good luck." Said Holly.
"Frith be with you." Added Dandelion.
"Keep your wits about you." Advised Blackavar.
"Don' take t'long." Remarked Hannah.
"Don' take t'long," Teased Dandelion, "Ee bah gum."
"Very good," Primrose remarked in a sarcastic tone, "Now mimic Rabscuttle."
"You du..."
"Shut up!" Bigwig snapped. With that all sorted Hazel and his companions set off North, down the steeper side of the down, while the remaining rabbits began silflay.
Once at the bottom Hazel wondered which direction would be correct. Trusting Fiver's own sense of direction Hazel let him lead them in a loop to the North-Western edge of the down's base.
"Okay, Fiver." Hazel stated after the silflayed a bit round the area. "Which way do we go now?"
