As Jenny plummets toward the Earth she begins to increase her size until she reaches her maximum height of 200 feet. As Valerie sees this a look of concern crosses her face, but when Jenny's height tops off at 200 feet Valerie realizes that 200 feet is Jenny's limit. An amused smirk comes across Valerie's face and looking down at the giantess that was less than half her height Valerie says, "Well well look who's a big girl now."

"Shut up," replies an enraged Jenny.

"What it's a compliment. I was wondering if you would become bigger and stronger like me."

"So what if I have."

"What are going to do Jenny. Are you going to fight me. You must realize that you are no match for me."

"We'll see."

"Oh aren't you tough, but come on Jenny be realistic. You can't beat me you know it and I know it. Because I'm feeling generous I'll give you this one chance to join me. Think about it. You could live as a goddess among men. Well demigoddess at least. I'll be the one true goddess."

"Are you crazy I'd never join you."

"This is about Eric isn't it. Listen you can have him. The two of you could live forever in my Kingdom as royalty and live happily ever after. All you have to do is join me."

At this moment Jenny is conflicted. She realizes that she cannot possibly hope to defeat Valerie and her offer of leaving Eric alone and allowing the two lovers to be together forever was indeed an enticing offer. However Jenny looks at her surroundings. Seeing the carnage Valerie has wrought and will continue to wreak Jenny's mind is made up. "I'll never join you in a million years. You are a psychotic, egotistical, bitch who only cares about herself. In a world where you are god is not a world worth living in."

"Have it your way," says Valerie who raises her hand releasing and intense burning light. For a split second Jenny feels an intense pain. She thinks this is it. This is the end, but suddenly the pain turns into an intense pleasure greater than any she has ever known. She feels herself growing bigger becoming stronger. The feeling is so intense and pleasurable she never wants it to stop. However like all good things it too came to an end. Jenny opens her eyes and looks around. All of her surroundings were smaller. A good deal smaller. Looking down she sees a stunned Valerie at half her current height making Jenny approximately 1000 feet tall.

Seeing her chance Jenny starts pummeling the smaller giantess. Each impact causes tremors in the surrounding area which become progressively more violent and destructive as Jenny's attack on Valerie continues. Her punches are so fast they are moving at the speed of sound. After several minutes of pounding on Valerie Jenny stops. Looking down at Valerie Jenny is shocked to see that Valerie doesn't have a mark on her. In fact Valerie is smiling.

"My turn," says an amused Valerie. Without even touching her Jenny is sent flying into the air suddenly stopping mid air several thousand feet above the ground. "Did you really think you could beat me? Oh my that is so funny! I have to admit I was a little surprised when my burning light had actually made you stronger, but hey live and learn. Although even after becoming a couple of times stronger than you previously were you are still no match for me." At that Valerie starts to grow rising dozens of feet per second. After a few minutes she rises to 10,000 feet in height. The floating Jenny being level with Valerie's immense smiling face Valerie lets Jenny drop to the ground and steps on her as she tries to get up. Valerie grinds Jenny into the ground and says, "Don't you see Jenny I'm better than you. I've always been better than you and you will never be anything more than second rate."

Valerie lifts her foot from her opponent and using her telekinetic abilities slowly raises Jenny into the air until she is eye level. Upon seeing Jenny"s bruised, bloody, and half conscious form Valerie smiles and nods in satisfaction. "Well it's been fun Jenny, but this is the end for you. If it's any consolation I actually felt your attacks which is more than I can say for the United States army, but even though we were rivals I have no hard feelings towards you. I mean after all without you I would never have become this powerful and for that I thank you." Raising her right hand in front of Jenny Valerie flicks Jenny away with a finger half the length of her torso. Valerie watches her opponent flying off at half the speed of light Westward across the country. Smiling to herself Valerie thinks, "Well that's the end of that. Hmm I wonder if she'll hit the Pacific?"
