Ino pulled off her right sandal and lifted her foot so it was level with the kneeling Shikamaru's mouth. "Suck on them."

Shikamaru hesitated. He felt he should obey such a strong woman, but a kunoichi's feet are not the cleanest things in the world. But this only lasted a second, and he slowly took all Ino's toes in his mouth.

He immediately turned a sickly green.
Ino shrugged and thought "Hey, that's what happens when you actually do work..."

She jerked her toes back and forth, making his head jerk as he tried to keep them in his mouth. He visibly slurped some sweat off the toes and coughed loudly. Ino took the opportunity to dig her foot even deeper in, running her toes violently over his teeth like a grimy toothbrush. Shika got even greener.

Shikamaru was getting dizzy from the sweat, and he was pretty sure people could see him. He was in the middle of a field, on his knees with Ino's foot down his throat. Still, it was worth it if it made Ino happy.
Ino pulled her foot out, leaving Shikamaru to collapse on the floor and retch silently, not wanting to offend Ino.

Ino put her right foot back in her sandal and put her hands on her hips. She wanted Shika to think she was angry. She glared down at him. "I guess you're too good to suck my toes, huh? Well I was going to give you my other foot too, but forget it."
She started to walk away.

Shikamaru's eyes widened "W-wait, In-no, p-p-please, I l-loved it."
Ino brightened"Oh, that's good then."

She lied down on the grass and took off her left sandal. "If you loved it, then you can suck those too, and make sure I can tell you enjoy it."
Apprehensive, but willing to please Shikamaru crawled over, and all but swallowed her big toe. He once again turned green, but was sure to suck it like a lollipop, not thinking about the sweat. He moved from toe to toe, slurping passionately the whole time. Ino was in a very good mood. This wouldn't have been nearly as good if he had liked it.

Shikamaru then finished off by taking all 5 toes into his mouth and licking the pads of them with his tongue. Ino giggled. It tickled her. "Ok, Ok, that's enough Shika-kun."
She put her sandal back on. Unfortunately, you're still too useless to work, so I want you to just go home, ok?"
"Yes, Ino-sama."
"Oohh, Ino-sama, that sounds nice" thought Ino.
With a loud snap, she vanished. In the distance, she watched with a laugh as Shika threw up what must have been breakfast. He had a horrified look on his face. She grinned, it was going to be fun to see him tomorrow.
