Rukia couldn't believe this turn of events!

Still she was scared of Orihime so she tried to obey as best she could. The problem was Orihime's feet were absolutely disgusting. Rukia could barely concentrate. When she kissed her rival's feet she couldn't keep the look of disgust off her face. When she tried to actually lick the soles she twisted her head away and with cry said, "I can't I just can't its too horrible."

Orihime was very upset with her new slave. "You had better get licking or I swear I'll suffocate you with these feet here and now."

Rukia cried. She now actually felt remorse for what she had done to Orihime. This was sick and cruel and no one deserved to have to go through this! She stuck out her tongue again and tried to lick Orihime's feet once more. Again the salt putrid taste curdled her tongue and she shuddered and couldn't continue.

Orihime stared down in contempt.

"Time to die you little bitch," she told Rukia.

Orihime pinched Rukia's nose shut with the toes of one foot and then jammed the ball of her foot into Rukia's mouth. Rukia couldn't bit down due to the angle. Rukia grunted with fear and tried to struggle again but it was useless. She stared up at Orihime's cold heartless eyes and knew she was going to die.

Her lungs began to burn from lack of air. She shrieked into the foot holding her mouth closed. She sobbed and made pathetic begging sounds. Her life flashed before her eyes and still Orihime pushed down with her feet denying any hope of air.

Rukia's last moments before passing out were filled with the terrified certainty that she was dying...

And then she was out.
