Maybe if she started now she could hitch a ride into Jersey by nightfall. It worked for her cousin, she supposed it could work for her.
"Well actually," Reed continued, "I think I know someone who can help you?"
That particular piece of information immediately got She-Hulk's attention. "You do?" Confirming her hope, Mr. Fantastic nodded.
"A colleague of mine and well, actually, a colleague of your cousin's is going to be at Columbia University this weekend giving a lecture on gamma mutation and genetics. A Dr. Leonard Samson."
"What's he talking about?"
"Removing anomalies in DNA. Namely, the new anomaly which is causing you to want to eat people. I think he can reverse the effects of those pills without causing any permanent damage."
"How do you know?" She-Hulk asked, still a bit concerned.
"Well, Doc Samson has been working on years for a way to completely rid gamma mutations from living creatures, but he's failed. The whole reason for this lecture is to note his progress."
"Well," She-Hulk answered, sighing as she stood up from the table where she was sitting, "that's a relief."
Reed nodded, handing She-Hulk a small buisness card. "That's the hotel he's going to be staying at. I'll let him know you're coming."
"You're a lifesaver Reed," She-Hulk waved as she ran out of the building. The man known as Mr. Fantastic just chuckled, hoping that it would all go as smoothly as he just made it seem.

"So all the evidence is gone?"
In the 45th floor of the Trump World Tower, a man in an office smiled as he looked over reports given to him by his associate. Everything had gone according to plan.
"Yes, except for the person who actually TOOK the drug."
Except for that.
"Well, I trust that can you can rid us of the present? You know the usual. Random low-level supervillian assassinates would-be hero, no one knows who hired them because they're too stupid to ask for a reference to cash their check."
"Well, sir," the assistant responded as he placed photos on the desk of his employer, "I hired four. Rhino, Backlash, Speedfreak, and Blizzard. They've all been briefed on the target her current routes."
"Well, it's not exactly the Masters of Evil," the man scoffed "but like I said before, low-level thugs aren't as easy to trace. Just make sure they do their job. Once this last piece of evidence is disposed of, things will go much easier."
"I'll handle all the preparations sir. You needn't worry." Where will this story go next? Your choices are below...
