Jean Walters feels her stomach push out in the shape of a hand. She pulls her shirt up a little before Mystique's face pushes out of her lower stomach a little bit. Then it all comes back to her, the wild sex She-Hulk and Mystique had along with Mystique's unique imprisonment inside of She-Hulk's womb. It appeared that while Mystique was still inside her as Jean Walters and Mystique pressing out was her normal adult size it didn't carry over fully.

This had simply delicious implications, because the thought of having something alive in her womb was a huge turn on. She could transform into She-Hulk again and put more inside her, and still have a flat tummy as Jean Walter with all the pleasure of having living things moving and living inside her womb. She could be a super mom in a literal sense.
