Robin needed a responsible person to look over him and Starfire....no offense to her but she wasn't exactly mature, Raven on the other hand was probably the most mature in the whole team albeit the most dark and gloomy one. When Tim asked Diana couldn't help but show a smile and reply, "It's pretty obvious wouldn't you think so? I have a choice between a hyperactive alien woman in her unusual traditions or a mature calm girl who's the most mature teenager in the world."
For a brief moment Tim looked disappointed, "So you're taking me to Raven?" His response made Diana chuckle, it was no secret that one of the many love relations going around was Robin and Starfire, in fact it was another reason why she chose Raven. The last thing needed was a lovey dovey girl with her shrunken desires before her.
"Relax lover boy." Diana laughed, "Once everyone's up she'll most likely show you to everyone and then you can spend some time chasing after the girl." Tim blushed at the "lover" part and replied with a quick shout, "She is NOT my-"
"I know I know. Trust me kid I've heard it all." Diana started up some nearby steps with Tim still standing in her palm. She soon came upon a corridor that broke in to two paths. "Give me some directions Tim, I have no idea where I'm going here." Robin nodded and pointed left, which Wonder Woman walked in that direction immediately afterwards. With Tim's guidance Diana soon stood before a metal door with Raven engraved into it. Diana reached out to know but she felt Tim tense in her hand and stopped just before doing it. "What's wrong Tim?"
Tim appeared apprehensive about answering, "It's just....you wouldn't know this but Raven can be scary at times...and at my size..."
His worries were responded with a laugh, "That's all? Tim that's just teenage paranoia. All your teammates are open and easy to read, Raven isn't and as a result you are cautious with her. Don't worry everything will be okay." And with that Diana knocked on the door gently, Robin in her hand seemed to be a little bit better than before.
In moments the door slid open and nothing was visible except for the cloaked figure of an attractive teenager, Raven. Her eyes were emotionless and locked on to Diana instantly, "Yes? What may I help you with Wonder Woman?"
Diana was impressed, most heroes flock to her and basically worship her like a legend but here Raven was standing not as an admirer but an equal, for a teenager to do that was impressive in itself, even if she was faking. "Well....you recognize who this is in my hand don't you?"
Raven's dark purple pupils locked on to the shrunken hero, and she spoke with hardly a hint of surprise. "....Robin? What happened?" Quickly Robin and Diana recounted the tale, conveniently leaving out his traveling arrangements for the flight and when they were done Raven stood out in the hall with a quizzical expression. "So it's too risky to attempt to fix him without knowing the details regarding this Sizer character, and you can't pursue him with a small Robin in hand; so you came here to drop him off in the hands of someone trustworthy?"
The other two heroes nodded, impressed by how calmly Raven was taking it all in. Diana gently placed her palm near Raven who also opened her own slender pale palm, Robin leapt from one hand to the other and now stood in in Raven's grasp. "Wonder Woman, are you going to leave now?"
Diana looked at the shrunken hero with a kind smile, "Yes, someone has to find Batman, who knows what he's going through right now?""
"Knowing him, probably safe and sound with a bunch of beaten bad guys nearby, angrily awaiting a ride out of there." Tim laughed.
Wonder Woman laughed too but for a split second she showed hesitation, "Let's hope you're right Robin." With nothing else to say Diana calmly walked down the steps and soon exited Titan's tower, giving it one last look she leapt into the air and began flying away.
Raven and Robin watched from a window until Diana was out of sight, then Raven quickly turned around and began walking back towards her room. There was an uncomfortable silence, the only noise present was the sound of Raven's boots against the floor but Robin managed to work up the guts to ask the key question. "So..what now?"
The reply came swift, "I'll take you back to my room, everyone else is out cold. Some big party that was going on, they're all worn out. They might even be out all day."
Tim laughed, that sounded like his team alright. "I guess we got the day to ourselves then. What should we do?"
Raven stopped her walking and stared at her door several feet away, "I'm... not sure honestly I can't really meditate with someone right beside me, I would be too focused on making sure nothing happens to you."
"Maybe we could read one of your books?"
Raven started walking again, "Not a good idea unless you want to unleash a demon or get teleported to another dimension. I guess we could....talk."
Somehow the idea of talking all day with Raven seemed kind of boring so Robin threw out a response he knew would get any other member of his team going, maybe it would work on Raven too. "Maybe some games?"
Raven's lips seemed to be smiling at the edges, "Trust me, some of the games I would enjoy....you wouldn't like them."
"We'll never know until we try." Robin replied with a shrug. It was Raven, how bad could it be?
"...Okay then but don't say I didn't warn you." Slowly the door to Raven's room slid open and the girl stepped in with Robin in hand, once that door shut they were all alone, and about to play a game.... Where will this story go next? Your choices are below...
