When she reformed the Birds of Prey, she reassembled some of the most delicious looking crime fighters, and now matter how strong their fighting skills were, they would in the end be eaten by the dominant predator. Huntress had always caught Canary’s eye, as the two had been friends for years. She was so powerful in battle, it’d be all the more satisfying when she stared into Canary’s gaping maw and filled her belly. Zidna Blake, aka Lady Blackhawk was another delectable dish, always packed into even more leather than Black Canary was and combined with oh so short shirt on her uniform and Canary always got a good view of the round and soft meat that would eventually fill her belly. Then there was Barbara, whom even though she could defend herself, would still be much easier prey for the Dinah. Still, she to looked delicious, so perhaps when Black Canary wasn’t looking for a more challenge when it came to her hunting for food, maybe then she would devour Oracle.
Finally, jumping down from the same ledge she had been on was the food she had ordered. Black Canary soon laid her eyes on the heroine known as Hawk, a sexy little young number who was described as the Avatar of War. Short tempered and always willing to fight, Hawk possessed enhanced strength, speed, agility and even body density to make her stronger, meaning she was just the kind of prey Black Canary had been looking for. However, she was getting both dinner and dessert because Hawk never went anywhere without Dove.
Hovering down was her sister, who had the power to fly, and was almost as strong as Hawk. She was had less muscle than Holly, but she could easily hold her own, even though she was more about peace than war. Hawk and Dove were also legacy heroes like Dinah, carrying on the mantle of those that had come before them, meaning her dinner was going to be all the more sweet.
“We got here as fast as we could, what’s the problem?” Hawk asked roughly. She was there only five seconds and already she was annoyed. Fatty here was supposed to be one of the greatest fighters around, and had certainly seemed to have been able to hold her own up until she put the band back together. Not only did Hawk already suspect that her time was being wasted, but she also disgusted to look at her, unable to believe how much Black Canary had let herself go. Could she even fight while being that fat?
“Did someone attack you? Did they knock you off the ledge?” Dove asked, after kneeling down at the cracks beneath Black Canary. Falling from so high up and without even a scratch, and she thought Hawk was the nearly invulnerable one.
“Actually,” Black Canary began, trying not to sound too obvious, but finding it impossible to wipe the smirk off her chubby face. The girl in front of her and the girl below would look yummy even if she ate every crook and low life in Gotham. Whether their costumes were red and white or blue and white, they both looked like such exotic prey and the suits showed off every tasty looking curve of meat they had on them. They were both so young and nubile, little birdies that were still just learning the laws of the animal kingdom. Still, they wouldn’t go down without a fight, and Canary decided to strike while she still had the element of surprise “I just wanted to invite you guys for dinner.”
Her humongous leg swung up high as she nailed Dove right in the chin. The blow sent her flying back several feet and over her sister, and she impacted the concrete with a sickening thud. “Dove! What’re you doing?!” Hawk shouted, but Black Canary wasted no more words and charged like a bull elephant at her prey. As expected, the red bird jumped into the air, but Canary grabbed her by the ankle and swung her into the alley’s brick wall. Hawk was down, but she was not out.
Black Canary couldn’t use her sonic screech or someone might see her. Pain filled screams and cries for help were heard every night in Gotham, but that would make someone call the police. Even as Hawk came at her swinging though, Canary swiftly blocked every blow. She weighed 350 pounds, but that did nothing to hamper her fighting skills. A real predator only grows stronger as she grows bigger, and Canary showed that as Hawk slammed her fist right into her gut, but all that did was make the fat ripple, and the nervous heroine just looked up at the smirking tub of lard who said “Ouch.”
She strongly kneed her in the gut, reminding Hawk what pain felt like. While she fell to the ground in the fetal position and started to black out, the predator stomped her way over to Dove, who was just starting to come around. She told herself that she wasn’t going down like this. Even if she had no idea why Black Canary had turned on them, she was still going to take her down like a true hero. However, the light in the alley was suddenly eclipsed and the seated heroine screamed as a huge, fishnet stocking clad moon came down on her.
