Katara took a sip from the bottle, breathing out her nose, as the liquid relief flowed down her throat. She mumbled a noise of satisfaction as she held some of the liquid in her mouth, letting it slowly drain down, trying to savor as much of it as she could. She focused on every sensation is brought, as much as she could, wanting to make it last as long as she could. In the heat of the sun, it was exactly what she'd needed.

She noted there seemed to be something a little different about the water. It would likely have gone unnoticed if she hadn't been concentrating so much on taking in every detail of the liquid. But even so, she couldn't exactly place what seemed strange about it. She tried to discern if it was the taste of it, or the consistency, however she could place anything certain. She thought this was strange, but she just shrugged, not wanting to worry about whatever was different about the water. She just wanted to enjoy it as much as she could.

She recapped the bottle, placed it back at her side, and laid her head back again, not liking the minimum effort it took to move at all. In this heat, any sort of motion was uncomfortable.

However she couldn't know just what the cursed water, which was now coursing through her system would do...
