Renee Montoya and Dinah Lance were now immobile, reduced so by the very bodies they had once been so proud of.

Holly hadn't returned for them.

O still had her vials, but hadn't used them on herself yet, feeling that she owed it to everyone on the team to be the last to cure herself, considering her lapse in leadership. She was still pigging out and occasionally Dinah or Renee could hear her slurping or belching over the communicator.

But other than that, the only thing they had to keep them occupied was the food they feasted on and the teasing they did of one another.

"I've got one," Canary said, her voice a bit deeper thanks to all of her new chin fat. "Your butt is so big not even Superman could lift it."

Renee only grunted as she munched on her fortieth burger.

Both women were naked, their clothes having given up the ghost a week ago.

Renee was thinking as she ate.

She was thinking of Holly, how Holly had abandoned them, how much Holly cared for Selina, and heard the tracker she'd managed to plant on the slim young woman just before she'd handed over leadership of the group to her.
