While being in her car and in traffic Kym got bored and in a harmless manner to her started playing with her feet . Josh had his hands being trampled and crushed to mush . The hands had become numb and were acting in a dead like manner but then Josh starts getting rocked from side to side . His aunt is playing with her feet . "Damn traffic". Kym then becomes more vicious with her feet . Josh is now violently being tossed aside without any mercy from his own aunt of all people . Then it happens Josh is rocked so hard he lands with his back now on the sole of the shoe so that means WHOOMP . Kym then puts her feet in completely and starts tapping her feet . Josh is smothered by his aunt's sole and is tasting the salt and grime off it . Now his head is banging off the shoe . He realises that his aunt is playing with him , knowingly or unknowingly it doesn't matter he feels like he is in hell . Things got from bad to worse now it's going to get MUCH WORSE
