Josh saw his mother's sole coming slowly over him. There is nothing new for him. Just for instinct, he tries to get unflatened, but he was to smooshed. The sole was coming, with a shadow geting bigger and bigger. The unluck little boy could see each dirt, each detail of the giant sole. He was just waiting.
When the sole comes closer, he could see what seems a litte ant squashed. Josh sighed and thougt "I wish could be that ant, because I will be dead now."
Then, he feels the sole, the dirty smell, and the pressure. Again, squashed. And again, stucked in the sole. He don't squirm or scream. He feels defeated.
Step by step Josh gets plastered again, with the face burried in mom's sandal. "I don't have a chance, I just have wait to be free." He's spirit was broken.
Minutes latter, Diane take off her sandals and the pressure stoped. Josh could relax and regain health. "I feel horrible, but when I'm feel good again, I will get unflattened and flip this giant sandal off me.
Diane enjoys the pool, as her sister.
