He looks around and Josh realizes he is on top of his Mother's purse and came very close to falling into it! Slowly he sits up, so he doesn't fall in and get lost amidst the contents of her purse. Josh hears the loud *CLACK* CLACK* of high heels on linoleum and looks up to see his Mother coming out of the bathroom, all dressed up for work and heading right for her purse, and him! Josh staggers to his feet and gets ready to jump to the ground, but his Mom gets to the purse first and picks it up, so he becomes unbalanced and falls into it!

Before he can regain his composure, Josh gets whacked in the face by what appears to be a large stick of lipstick. He tries to stand up again, but a nail file hits him behind the legs, sending him back down onto his knees. His Mom tosses the purse onto the seat in her car and Josh feels a moment of weightlessness (like when you are going of the edge of a drop on a roller coaster), before the purse hits the seat and all the contents fall on top of him, crushing him and bruising his body even more. His Mom has a long car ride to work, so he just lies back and rests for a minute, hoping his injuries will heal quickly. Josh is exhausted though and soon dozes off to the sound of his Mom singing along with the radio...

When he wakes up he feels that he's on the move again, but his Mom isn't rushing anymore so he's not being jostled about as much as before. He hears the sound of phones ringing and some people saying "Hi Diane! How was your weekend?" to his Mom, so he figures she must be at work now. Once more Josh's mom sets her purse down and more stuff pelts him from all over. He really wishes his Mom would get one of those organized purses so her stuff wasn't flying all over. Suddenly light shines down upon Josh and he looks up to see is Mom reaching into her purse for something! Nows his chance! He quickly....
