Viv continues her work . She has been wearing these stupid shoes for 4 weeks straight . "It's the same old shit ,talk to a kid , deal with the parent and go home to take off these damn shoes ,well at least they aren't sweating as bad today". Viv spends the rest of the day walking around checking people's attendance . Each step makes her bare sole feel as if it's walking onto a comfy material . "Finally the shoes have got used to my damn weight". Viv laughs unaware that it's not the shoes getting used to her weight but a small schoolboy . Viv hears the bell ring and plays with her feet until the staff is allowed to leave . Max being unconsieusness for the duration of this torture is being shook about like he is nothing . He is under the sole caught between the toes and even under the heel of the barefoot . "Yes now I can go home". Viv put on her shoes and started walking to the car . Just as she gets in , a woman bangs on her car door . "Where's my son do you know". Viv sighs and gets out of the car . "Ma'am school is over your son should be at your house". This woman happened to be Max's mother . "No he is half a inch tall and I left him with the head of english but she has gone and I don't know where". Meg was getting worried . Her son was under the foot of the woman she was talking to .She just didn't know it yet .
