Pokemon Transformation 5 is the last sequal to the pokemon transformation series.

The main character of this story is Zach this time.

Zach is known to be the younger brother of Damon.

Zach watch Damon left on his pokemon journey when Zach was still nine years old.

But after a few monthes.

Damon just disapper and was never seen or heard from again.

So on his tenth brithday.

Zach heads out in the shino region to start his pokemon journey as well and try to find his older brother Damon as well.
