"My angel" Klash called out with a musical flair, Kami glancing at Klash's feet to check if they were fluttering off the ground. Though everything came to a dead stop when both of them saw that Angel wasn't at the front of the store.

"I thought you said that she was here" Klash said

"She was, as visable as any other albino bat" Kami replied

"Did you check the light poles" Klash asked looking around, "because she has a bad habit of waiting for people hanging around on the lightpoles." From the ally there was a shrill glass shattering scream that caused both of them to jump.

"That's her" Klash said as he ran into the ally, Kami following him reluctantly, wondering why he shouldn't just run away. Though once he was in the ally he sure wished he did when he saw a fairly buff lion holding Angel with a fairly large knife up to her throat and accompanied by a female armadillo and a ragged snake with an eyepatch.

"Ah, Klash, nice to meet you again" the lion said with a greedy smile.

"Liontard, I see that you forgot to wear your helmet" Klash taunted.

"It's Lionardo" the Lion growled, "and if you want your girlfriend alive I suggest you do as I say and not be a smartass."

"And if you want to live I suggest that you let her go" Klash said pulling out his broken dagger.

"You've got to be kidding me" the lion laughed, "you could only harm yourself with that thing."

"Really?" Klash said as he held the dagger with the blade pointing vertically. Kami watched as a large bang emenated from the dagger and the lion dropped his blade and began cradling a very bloody paw.

"GET THEM" Lionardo yelled to his two cronies
