Here are some that may use the mirror, there can be other choices made:

Genma Saotome, Nokoda Saotome (Ranma's Mother), Happosai, Shampoo, Soun, Ryoga, Akane etc.

Note:

There can't be death, unless there is a good reason to it

Any pairing can be made, including Ranma-chan(female Ranma) pair with any guy like Ryoga.

Alternate realities can be made, including within the original timeline.
