Chapter 4: For Her   (ID #872536)
an addition by: Shadowwolf  More by this author

Over the next few weeks, Wolf noticed prey was getting scarce. He was eating less and his Mother was eating next to nothing. Finally he gave in, he had lost his sister he would not lose his Mother too. That night while she was asleep in the cave he went out and caught the biggest game he could catch by himself and dragged it to the cave, dropped it next to his mothers skinny sleeping form and left. he didn't know where he would go but he couldn't stay and watch his mother starve herself to death for him.
By midnight the next night he was utterly lost, these trees were unfamiliar. As he walk he heard a rattling and a big scared black male emerged from the bushes and growled at him, "Get off my land trespasser."
Wolf, being no fool, ran away, he wasn't paying attention ahead of him and crashed into a tree. Shaking his head he looked around. He was more lost than before he sat down and began to howl. He should have never left his mother. But then he saw a light in the distance. His mother always said to follow the sun or moon where they set. So he followed her advice. Two nights, sleeping in the morning and evening, to reach the light source, no wait light sources. There were millions of lights and tall stone structures. There were also tall shiny trees with light coming from the branches. Light was shining from things on the stone. Pink creatures were walking on gray and black stone paths and there were bigger shiny creatures, wait the pink things were crawling in and out of their bellies, definitely not anything living. But stranger still the pink creatures were walking on there hind legs!?!?!?
Wolf was scared he had to get out of there. As he turned to run a Delicious smell blew to him. Wolf hadn't eaten for a long time. He didn't know what it was but he need some. In the end his stomach won and went towards the strange place.
