Ino stood up and notice her clothes had a few tears, she wondered what happend, suddenly a wave of pain hitted her.

Her legs exploded from her pants, they became two powerful tree trunks, her abs solidified in six powerful packs, veins traveled along these muscles giving them an stonger look, her back became wider, toring the back part of her shirt perfecly to the middle, her breats grew larger, and two powerful pecs apeared behind them.

The pain stopped and she looked at her whole body, ripped muscles covered her completly, thick long veins traveled through her arms, legs, abs, and chest, giving them an stronger and harder aspect.
