On Ketlibran, the planet of the two suns where Dragons and People live.
The Dragons came from earth and settled on Ketlibran before life had started to evolve.
In the legend of Fern it is said
'When Dragons first came to Ketlibran they found found a lake in the mountains and came to drink from it. They had traveled for a long time searching for a new home and Ketlibran was the first one they found that was suitable to their needs.After circling for a time checking for dangers they landed in the crystal clear waters of the lake. As they did so they felt something happen. The water changed from the usual clear blue to a multicolor shimmer not unlike our scales before our eyes. If you look at the lake in full sun today you can see the colors shimmering. They did not realize exactly what had happened at first, but after a short time they noticed that the fish were getting more and more abundant, bigger and stronger and even seemed to be living longer. The Dragons realized that they had inadvertently changed the water into something more powerful.'
This is your chance to decide one of my main characters fates and the fate of the people and Dragons of Ketlibran.
We start on the fateful day when Fern and Marhak first meet.
