Knowing of Tim's tricks, you decided to pull one of your own and dodged the falling water to stand right in front of him, something which always made Tim nervous. "Don't explode, it's just water." he said, defensively. "You looked so hot under the collar, I figured it would cool you off."

You sighed, knowing you were going to get teased for it later, and wrapped your arms around Tim's waist before giving him a kiss on the cheek.

"Ewww!" shrieked Tim, pulling away, wiping the 'cooties' off his face. "What was that for!?"

"I know what mom wants to tell you, Tim." you said, with a hint of true sadness. "I'm sorry. For what its worth, John freaked when he learned the truth too."

"What do you mean John freaked?" asked Tim, showing concern. "What truth!?"

Just then Catherine peered outside. "Tim, I need to speak with you." she said, firmly. "Brooke, I want you inside as well."

Tim, slightly rattled by what you had told him, reluctantly walked into the house and followed mom into her study while you were given Brooke's task of setting the table....
