Main character is Adam, a tall (about 6 foot 3), 16 year old boy with longish dirty blond hair (goes just past ears), blue/grey eyes, still at secondary school and does a variety of sports.
Josh - younger brother, 13, average height, brown hair
Robert - best friend, not athletic but not fat, brown gelled hair (also 16)
Rachel - crush, tall (5 foot 11), one month younger, at same school doing same subjects but in different classes, slightly lighter (and longer) hair, brown/green eyes, does most of the same sports as Adam as well but does not feel the same way and has made it painfully obvious on several occasions.
Sophie - her best friend, average height, long straight brown hair, 17 years old.

More characters can be added, but try to keep these the main ones!
Try to keep sex to a minimum, or at least don't go into any great detail
