This is an interactive story containing 54 chapters. Each chapter tells part of the story and (usually) ends with multiple choices. Click on a choice and you'll be lead to the next chapter in your story. When you reach a chapter that hasn't been written yet, you will have the option to write it! Don't be shy... make an addition!

While there are a number of great female muscle growth interactives on this site, I feel there are many great anime ladies who could use a good FMG treatment. Hence, this interactive.

Here are the basic rules:

- This is Female Muscle Growth. Male muscle growth is okay only if its fitting for the plot, and ultimately the women should be stronger

- No graphic sex. It's honestly not very necessary. Having the characters have sex is fine, just don't go overboard with the details

- Try to use proper spelling/grammar when possible, and provide decent sized additions (unless it's simply a choice chapter)
