When Rouge the Bat finds a magic Hypnosis Ring, she uses it to brainwash the females of the Sonic the Hedgehog franchise into being her team of loyal jewel thieves.

A few ground rules:
1. Rouge's hypnosis ring causes whoever it is used on to be reprogrammed with Rouge's seductive, treasure-loving personality, as well as making them completely devoted to Rouge.
2. Once a girl is reprogrammed, Rouge will get them into their new uniform, a copy of Rouge's outfit modified to fit each girl's body, as well as Rouge's makeup.
3. Males CAN be hypnotized as well, but only if Rouge has a really good reason.
4. No death
5. No TG
6. Once someone is brainwashed by Rouge, it CANNOT be undone.
