This is an interactive story containing 63 chapters. Each chapter tells part of the story and (usually) ends with multiple choices. You wake up one day to find something really odd. Your room is now a nursery and now you're wearing diapers around a bigger waistline! From there, you'll find your world has changed. But the question is it just your world or the whole?'

There are two choices of the world in this interactive for choosing.

Choice 1: You're big and fat, wearing diapers. Your whole family treats you like you're a baby, even your "younger" siblings. You are not the only one, as your friends and potential love are also like this too. How far regressed is up to you, like whether you can talk or not.

Choice 2: Everyone in the world is fat and wearing diapers as the norm. However, nobody seems to get older than 30 physically. Everyone can talk and still work in society, but they have baby habits and desires.
