Stephan approached his neighborhood, it was an extremely hot day, and the T-shirt he was wearing was already beginning to show signs of underarm sweat. Inside the sneakers and socks he was wearing, his feet felt like he had walked through a puddle and the water had soaked through his shoes and into his socks. This was not the case however, he was simply dripping wet with perspiration, worse than he was in gym. But through the soaking wet bangs of his hair that were over his eyes, Stephan could see his house, his mom and dad weren't home this early of course, plus it was Friday, so he had all day, and the entire weekend to experience his new status as Stephan: God of NYC.

Once he entered through the door with his house key, Stephan sighed and entered the cool air conditioned house. Stephan stood in front of the AC, holding his arms above his head and allowing the cold air to blow his hot pits off. Though by doing this he made himself aware of the pungent odor he was now giving off after his long walk. "Meh, oh well....I'll take a shower later." The young god said to himself as he picked up his bag and bounded upstairs to his messy room, locking his bedroom door behind him and making sure to close the blinds on the window after turning on the light.

"Now...lets get down to business." Stephan chuckled as he unzipped the bag, pulling out the sneaker with the moist shirt hanging out of it. He pulled the garment out and peered inside with his enormous eye.

The people inside were coughing from the mixed reek of armpit smell and built up foot odor, and when the shirt was removed and replaced with Stephan's eye they all screamed in terror and some began pleading.

Stephan looked in upon the pleading New York and chuckled darkly, "Yeah...I like being begged, keep doing that! And maybe I won't put the shoe on!"

All together, a chorus of voices began pleading in different ways, many of them falling to their knees as if in prayer to the giant thirteen year old. This made the boy's ego swell, he actually had an entire city in his shoe and at his mercy, they were begging him to let them out of his smelly shoe! Stephan finally decided to take them out, and put them to work.

Stephan reached inside the shoe with his thumb and index finger, plucking out the tiny city and placing it on the carpet as he sat high above on his bed. "Now you puny insects, I've got a job for you!"
