Someone in the media industry comes up with a potion to turn one person to a god.

Someone in the media industry comes up with a potion to incredibly enhance human beings. One sip will make you as powerful as superman, five sips will make you strong enough to lift a continent, twenty strong enough to move the planet...
And the whole vial will make you into god, capable of doing anything just with a thought.

The story focuses on females in the media.
The general theme is female power and / or muscle. If you want to turn someone into a giantess, it's okay, as long as she makes herself normal again at some point.
Violence is allowed. Killing one of the main characters is also okay, just make sure you have characters left to work with.
Power switching and sudden overpowerement is encouraged.
