Strange symbols flew out of the orb and surrounded you. You tried to swat them away, but your hands just passed through them. The entire world faded to black, and all you could see were the swirling symbols.

"What is going on?"

This experience was completely alien for you. You didn't even know if she was helping or harming you, but the answer would come soon enough. A strange sound like chanting began to echo all around, and then you everything returned to normal. The girl was still in front of you, and so was the orb, resting in your hands.
