"Much better," Jones said spreading out his massive belly slowly submerging below the surface of the water and causing the water level to rise ever so slightly.
Jake was still in awe of how his older brother could have gone from a six pack abs to being one of the biggest guys he's ever seen.
"I'm glad you came Jones," Jake smiled," It feels like I haven't seen you forever."
"I know, every time you came for a holiday I was always busy with things, I feel so bad," Jones said with disappointment in his voice.
"I'm sure you were busy with something important," Jake smiles knowing his brother.
"Yeah, setting up and running a business isn't easy," Jones nodded," It's hard work, but I enjoy it."
"You own a business?" Jake asked surprised.
"Oh yeah, me and my partner own and operate a pizza shop," Jones explains," I'm the brawn, they're the brains.. or that's what they say."
With that Jones lifts up and jiggles his gut causing waves in the hot tub.
Jake giggled and remembered that Jones always did enjoy cooking when they were younger. When Mom was busy 9 times out of 10 Jones would cook instead of Dad. The first couple of meals were pretty basic, but as the years went on his meals got a little more complex and experiences.
"Well they say never trust a skinny chef," Jake laughs.
"That's true," Jones nods and gives his gut a slap," But I guess I've been sampling my own products a bit too much."
"Maybe a bit. You sure have grown big Jones," Jake agreed.
"What can I say, I was a little freaked out when the first little belly roll appeared, but I said 'Screw it' and embraced it," Jones says giving his belly a rub," I love being a big guy. I like the way everyone treats me, it's kind of like being Santa, I like being able to eat whatever the hell I want."
"What about your partner?" Jake asks wondering.
What's Jones' answer?
