Please do NOT make characters gain weight too fast. If they must gain weight without a lot of story-telling, then say that a week or month has gone by.
At NO point can Bradley want to gain weight. He can be proud or happy with his girth, as long as the gain was completely accidental.
No one can force feed, make others gain weight, etc.

You are Bradley! Bradley is nineteen years old and is a freshman at college. He has short brown hair and green - grey eyes. Bradley was on his school's football team, which has kept him in shape throughout high school. He has (had?) a six pack, and large pecs that stick out far. Bradley has a nice bubble butt that doesn't sag. His arms are very thick with muscle and he is really strong for his age. He's not huge, but his muscles are. Bradley stands at 6'1".

Choose what holiday it is, then have Bradley go and experiment with fatty foods. Bradley will be gaining weight around his family and relatives, and possibly his close friends.
