He shrugged this off a bit and motioned for his dad to take a seat on the bed, pausing a moment to put his head out into the hallway and looked down in the direction of his sisters' rooms. Not hearing anything from either room nor from down the stairs, Stephen pulled the door closed and locked it before turning his attention back at his dad. "What are you doing here? How did you get here?"
"I live here...remember?" he mused, twisting a long strand of hair in his finger and chuckled a little. Stephen couldn't help but look a little bit lower at the sight of his dad's ample chest bouncing with the laughter but then sighed internally and looked back up. His dad, if he had noticed, didn't respond and continued to look over at the box in the corner. "The key underneath the mat is so cliche now that I think about it..." He stretched his arms over his head, arching his back straight and pressing his chest up and out. "Oops...sorry..."
