Natsu planted both his massive sandaled feet on either side of the Rune Knights, all of whom were being forced to the ground just by the massive magical energy he was giving off. He smirked down at the trapped men, wiggling his massive toes in his sandals, when suddenly his stomach growled. The bare chested Natsu put a hand to his abs and rubbed them, "Hehe, I haven't eaten in awhile." He said while he grinned sadistically down at the horrified knights, licking his lips dramatically. Reaching down, the massive salamander scooped up a handful of screaming Rune Knights, licking his lips and opening his mouth to reveal his huge tongue and fanged mouth, he shoved them all in, not bothering to chew, just swirling them around his mouth a bit to taste them.

"Mmmmm...never knew that humans could taste so good. Why haven't I eaten some before!?" And with that, Natsu tilted his head back, and swallowed the mouthful of poor knights. The other horrified onlookers watched as the huge lump traveled down his throat and disappeared into his chest. "Ahh....URP!" Natsu released a mighty belch, flames and smoke erupting from his mouth, the others could only guess how the poor knights were faring in Natsu's molten hot belly.

"Ahhh...that was a good one!" Natsu said wiping his mouth with his arm, giving the other trapped knights an innocent, toothy grin afterwards as he patted his belly in satisfaction.

"I've decided to let at least one of you go back to the pathetic council alive, to tell them about your failure and how its a hopeless cause to even challenge the great Natsu Dragneel!" Natsu grinned, flexing his arm proudly. "Hmmm....You!" Natsu pointed at a particularly scared looking man, and picked him up by the back of his robe to lift him up to his face.

"Y-Yes sir?" The terrified man squeaked.

Natsu grinned, flashing his white teeth to the man, "You're free to go!" Natsu put the man back on the ground and nudged him with the toe of his sandal. That was all the man needed, and he fled in the direction from whence the knight's came. When the man was out of sight, Natsu smirked down at the rest of the knights.
"As for the rest of you, I think you've all got a meeting with the bottom of my sandal!" Natsu grinned wider as he lifted his massive sandalled foot above the Rune Knights, and stomped it back down.

Later, Natsu sat back down on the flaming pile of rubble, and decided he should humiliate the people some more, after all, the people had to learn their place!
