Tsunade moaned as she sat up from her bed, hand going to her temples as it felt like Naruto was practicing his most idiotic and incredibly loud pranks in her head right now.

Getting to her feet, the Hokage stumbled around her office, barely noticing the strewn papers and scrolls all around as she called out for her assistant.

"Shizune! SHIZUNE!"

Her ebony-haired assistant soon showed up but she was quite changed.

Tsunade knew she was still drunk. That was the only reason why the Shizune before her was so incredibly fat.

Multiple chins, a belly that was actually touching the floor even as she stood at her full height, and a rear so wide she got stuck in the doorway despite it being wide open, Shizune was clearly a monument to adipose.

"Yes Hokage-" but Shizune stopped talking as she did her own sweep of her Lady's features.

"Why in the hell are you so big?! Ah...my damn head!"

"My Lady! Lie down and I'll take care of you!"

Despite this obese Shizune's size, it was clear that she still acted like the skinny Shizune Tsunade had somehow gotten away from during her drunken escapades last night.

As Shizune waddled away with promises to return shortly with aid, Tsunade inspected some photos that had managed to not be knocked down from her drunken stupor last night.

It was off a few of her young ninja, Sakura, Ino, and Tenten, but Tsunade's golden eyes widened as she moved closer towards the picture.

They were all fat as well!
