Tsunade finally did notice Shizune, but it wasn't until the obese assistant had bound the Hokage with a binding jutsu.

"This is for your own good, my Lady."

Tsunade protested, but it was useless as Shizune shoved a funnel into her mouth and stuffed some food into the object. The funnel was infused with Shizune's chakra and would turn whatever food was put into it into a fattening liquid. The taste of said liquid as it entered Tsunade's mouth was divine and she found herself willingly gorging herself as more and more liquid flowed down.

Tsunade's middle started to bloat outwards, the sight bringing a smile to Shizune's lips.

The danger was over and now Tsunade would be healthy again!

As for Tsunade herself, she knew she was reaching her limit after an hour had passed. But Shizune showed no signs of letting up.

As her belly expanded more from the onslaught of calories, a thought came to Tsunade's brain...
