Tsunade, while still being fed by her assistant's fat doppelganger, still struggled on.

But it was getting harder and harder to resist with each heady swallow of the liquid. Finally, Shizune undid the jutsu and Tsunade groaned, the chair creaking under the weight of her stuffed middle.

"Shizune...don't...don't do that again! As your Hokage I order you to-" but Tsunade's order was cut off by her loud snores, the stuffing finally proving too much for her body.

Shizune rubbed her fat hands together and nodded towards the doorway. Several incredibly large ANBU ninja entered, along with Sakura, larger than even the ANBU and almost as big as Shizune.

"Sakura, make sure she digests the liquid properly and then apply a sedative to her muscles. From there, keep her mouth full of food until she goes to sleep again, understand?"

Sakura nodded as Shizune waddled out of the room.

She would have to inform the village of the terrible misfortune that had befallen their Hokage...
