Linda was watching the TV, an ad break had started and she was just about to go and get a drink when...

"Do you live in the Tri-State Area?" A voice on a TV ad announced. "Are you a woman who wishes to do something new with her life? Something exciting, something gradiose? Then please call Parallel Realities Inc. and you could become queen of your own specially selected kingdom!" A second voice came on as the number appeared on the bottom of the screen.

"Prices available upon enquiry and by arrangement." Linda was hooked. It was a marvellous invite in spite of other commitments but they could be sorted out. She reached for the telephone, not bothering with her mobile.

"Hello," She greeted the employee on the other end, "Parallel Realities? I wish to make use of your services."

2 Days Later...

Linda stood outside a grand looking tower block. Above the entrance in 30ft high golden lettering were the words 'PARALLEL REALITIES INC'. She had an appointment with one of their advisors to determine if she was suited to make a purchase.
