This is an interactive story containing 37 chapters. Each chapter tells part of the story and (usually) ends with multiple choices. Click on a choice and you'll be lead to the next chapter in your story. When you reach a chapter that hasn't been written yet, you will have the option to write it! Don't be shy... make an addition!

This will be one of my first interactives where some of the characters are set in first person. I've decided to do this do to the difficulty of describing the things that shape a person that make him/her/it the hero/villain/otherwise that they are. While most of my lines will be in first person in an underground military base describing the past and history of the world I've made, don't feel like you must stay there. Your hero/villain/monster/other could not show for whatever reason or simply escape and do, more or less, whatever you want them to do.

This is a world that was much like ours until just before the second World War, at that time the first hero stepped out of the shadows drawing more heros and villains with him into the light. Their appearence reawakened the lost art of magic causing many items in muesems and private collections to become dangerous or take on a life of their own. With magic loose and being used by people with little understanding of it, things started going bad. Cities were at risk, people were being sacrificed to cult gods, and the barrier between worlds was growing weak from careless flinging of people into other worlds.

Eventually this barrier began to break causing monsters, aliens, and strange people to pour into our world international politics became almost unheard of as every country struggled to hold itself together against the influx of beast, fiends, and nuts with superior technology. In twenty ten, Kansas is over run by giant insects that convert people and animals into monsterous follows, LA has been converted into a flying militaristic 'utopia', cities are over run with gangs, cults, and confused refugees from other worlds, hyper security prisions are filled with terrorfying creatures and other things that threaten humanity, and Canada has been consumed by a military orginazation that has advanced technology by years and wages regular on America.

You start at any point in this as a hero, villain, monster, or unfortunate citizen just trying to live in this world.

It should be noted that I have no plans to tamper with works other than enforcing bits of lore and the one rule. I have plans to someday make this into a novel or videogame, so impress me and your characters might make it into the main story.

Due to the nature of the world there are no real limitations on what I'll allow you to be or what you can do, (Though I'll draw the line at tentical rape monsters), so enjoy!
