Before she could do anything, Gatomon heard the sound of footsteps from down the hall. It was a third Madpuffymon. To avoid detection, Gatomon moved further down the hall.

"My liege!" The Digimon exclaimed. "We have captured the last Digidestined girl."

"Excellent." Said Metal Monzaemon. "Report to communication. Have them notify all troops in the city; place the other girls where they won't be seen."

"Yes sir!" The third Madpuffymon sounded, giving a salute. As he turned about and left, Gatomon saw a door into a janitor's closet.

"As for you two, find that cat at once!"

Gatomon had already gotten through the door as Metal Monzaemon ordered her capture. Now she had to get out undetected and get the girls out. The only other way out was through an air vent, but she was too wide to get through.

Let's see, chances are the field that keeps us from floating out also blocks any transmission going out of Balloonburg. Gatomon thought. And I also have to figure out how to deflate myself and the girls back to normal.

Suddenly, Gatomon felt a gurgling sensation from within her body. Looking down at her body, she saw that she was deflating. Experimenting, Gatomon focused on her belly inflating, and sure enough, it grew out.
