You begin to grow, which is making you feel less guilty about betraying Maria. But, you suddenly stop when you reach half-a-foot!

"Hey! What's the big idea?" you demand, in spite your still-shrunken state.

"Watch that tone, Ritchie Witchie! Or, I'll take back the five inches I just added."

This shuts you up.

"In answer to your question, however. I made a bet with Maria, the other day. She was positive that nothing I offered you would make you betray her. So, I told her that if she was right, I'd permanently leave you alone. But, if she was wrong, she'd have to join our squad. Something she always thought she was too good for! You prove me right. So..."

The next moment, Maria is not only alive and well, and standing before you, fully regrown. She's also wearing a cheerleading uniform, identical to all the others! And, her raven-black hair, which she had been wearing in a bun, is now pony-tailed like Ellie's.

"Ricardo, mi corazon. I am very disappointed in you. But, don't worry. I still love you enough to implore Ellie not to kill you."

"Are you kidding?" replies Ellie: "He's too cute to kill. But, that doesn't mean we can't torture him, by using him as our favorite sex toy!"
