"Maybe it's because I also have some Wishing Powder," you answer and take the little bottle out of your pocket.
"Oh Shit!" Mike exclaims and jumps into the air and darts backward, nearly tripping over his own feet until he's all the way back into the corner of the kitchen with his face as white as a ghost and nervously looking at the bottle of the Wishing Powder. After a couple of seconds Mike finally works up the courage to demand," Where Did you Get That?!"
"At the mall," you answer truthfully looking at the bottle and back at your brother who looks like you're holding a gun to your mother's head," Mike, what's wrong?"
"N.. Na... Nothing!" Mike says trying to relax but still shaking from fear.
"Then calm down, I'm not going to hurt you," you say still mystified that your close to 400 pound older brother is cowering like a frightened animal.
"Then get rid of that stuff!" Mike shouts in a frenzy.
"But it can make all of my dreams come true," you explain remembering your dream of putting on a few pounds," Just tell me what's wrong. You shouldn't be this upset about what that other guy did.... unless you're not telling the whole story.."
Mike's eyes dart back and forward and down at his gut, a tell tale sign he's lying.
"I guess I'll have to find out," you sigh and walk up to the fridge while Mike fidgets in fear. You grab the jug of distilled water from the fridge and fill a glass then sprinkle some Wishing Powder into the glass.
"Don't.." Mike says weakly.
You take a sip from the glass and taste an almost sweet lime sensation dance down your throat. You look back over at Mike and say," I wish Mike would tell me the truth of what happened to him."
