"Hmph. If they think they're going to catch me, think again!" Mona hit a small blue button on the side of her handlebar. "Time to try the helium balloon addition..."

Mona's scooter was no ordinary scooter. It had been constantly reworked to contain tricks and gizmos that would put Pee Wee's bike to shame. The latest was one Mona was particuarly proud of. A hose would come out of the back of her seat, and a balloon from a small compartment nearby. The balloon, being a very special extra-strength one, would hold the helium easily, and after holding enough, would hopefully allow for an easy escape. However, she left out one important thing: SHE was sitting on the seat as well.

Mona felt something brush against her back. "Oh, that must be the balloon. But where's the- EEK!"

Mona yelped as she felt something cold and tubeshaped jam itself up her rear- the hose. A dull hissing was heard as helium crept up into her body. Mona couldn't help but look down and watch.

The helium began by stretching out her thighs and rear, lifting her a good five inches higher off the seat. Some of it began to go through her legs, stretching them out like long tubes, before ending at her feet, puffing them out and bursting her shoes off.

Her belly expanded slighty next, as the helium worked it's way up her body. Her belt strained slightly, but the gas continued higher, puffing her breasts out as well.

"How... How is this possible?" Mona started to question, but then remembered some of the other strange characters that lived in Diamond City. If anthropomorphic Dogs and Cats, evil geniuses, aliens, and disco dancers existed, surely a few more things were possible than expected.

Mona's cheeks puffed out as the helium finally reached her head. Her vision blurred slightly as she felt her face stretch out as her head became a giagantic, peach colored sphere, with her face painted on the front. Her helmet fell off, letting her long red hair fly free on the top of her head.

As the helium shut off, most of the gas had settled in either her head or her feet. Her head was easily four times the size of the rest of her body, and each foot was now an oblong shaped balloon with sausage-like toes, each foot about half the size of the scooter. Struggling, she felt her grip weaken, and she finally let go of the handlebars, letting herself fly free up into the air. Her scooter skidded into some bushes on the side of the road, and the bewildered police halted their chase.

As she began to drift through the air, Mona tried to assess her situation. She now looked like some bizzare hot air balloon. "Oh well," she said, amazed that the opening of her mouth didn't let any air out. "At least it wasn't painful. Now then..."
