Gohan and Mirai could only watch in mute horror as the beam hit Vegeta. Vegeta smiled an evil smile as he began to grow bigger. Visibly, Bulma and Goku also began growing, but they were still clutched in Vegeta's grasp. The two boys slowly moved back as their necks craned upward to see the growing Vegeta. His big feet were pressing up against them, his toes growing bigger than them! His muscles grew ever more defined, nearly limitless power now bulged within. Finally it all came to an end. Vegeta laughed loudly and menacingly, a sound that was heard for miles around. Sharing a quick look the two smaller giants quickly launched into the air. They couldn't do anything to stop Vegeta now and if he got hold of them or the machine it would mean curtains! The machine was safely capsulized so they didn't have to worry about dropping it. They'd barely made it a few feet before Vegeta's massive hand blocked their path. It closed around them in a massive fist. He brought them to his face and grinned maliciously.

"So you thought you could overthrow the King of the Saijins just like that? You'll both pay for your crimes, but maybe I'll let you live on as my slaves along with these two." He indicated Bulma and Goku. He plucked the extremely tiny capsule from Gohan and held it before his eyes. "I might need this again. With it, this entire planet would be mine! And then, what's to stop me from growing bigger and bigger and taking over the entire Universe?!?!?"

The four prisoners were chilled by his sentiments. It was as good as over if Vegeta decided to grow even bigger. He smirked, thinking about his options.
