The next morning, Goten and Trunks awoke to discover Goten back to his normal 60 ft. height and the room likewise returned to normal. The ground vibrated slightly and their room expanded around them. Gohan stepped into the room, Mirai sitting on his left shoulder while Goku sat on his right. Vegeta was chained around Goku's neck like a necklace looking disgruntled. Gohan picked up Goten and Trunks and put them on his left shoulder with Mirai.

"Alright everyone." Gohan said. "I'm going to address the planet and tell them about the changes."

With that, Gohan Instant Transmissioned out of the palace and to a secluded spot where no one was around. He then started expanding. Soon, his feet convered the entire uninhabited area completely. He was careful not to move his shoulders around, lest his subjects fall. He took a deep breath and began speaking.

"Citizens of New Vegeta!" He roared. "There has been a change of control! I, Gohan, have overthrown the god Vegeta and have taken his spot as ruler of the saiyans! All of those who obeyed him will now obey me! If you refuse, you will be dealt with severely! This planet will forever be known as Planet Gohan! But I am a just and fair ruler! If you have a request, bring it to my father or brother and they will determine whether or not it warrants my attention. If it doesn't, you will be sent away. If it does, you will meet with me and I will decided whether or not to grant your request. That is all!"

Gohan quickly reduced himself to his normal 5000 ft. height and said, "Now let's what happens next..."

Goten and Trunks went back to their palace, Goku and Vegeta went to Goku's and Gohan and Mirai went back to the main palace. Gohan knew there would groups still loyal to Vegeta who might cause trouble, but he would deal with them later. Furthermore, he was going to be busy as soon saiyans would flock to him asking for requests. It was only a matter of time.
